Are You Playing to Win?

Sunday was an unusual day for me.
Mainly, because I found myself sitting at an open house. Something I seldom do--basically,  I do not believe “Sunday Lookers” turn into a “Monday buyers.” One thing about it tho--it is a good time to reflect and ask those universally inspired questions.

Sunday’s question:  What’s your game plan?

Hopefully, you already have a sphere of influence, receiving a monthly postcard, via US mail; while your automated email blast hits their inbox periodically, only to remind them you have a fully functional and interactive website bearing your name, close to the IDX link, where lonesome players can sign up for your well written, much thought-out and often purchased newsletters. This website alone, should boast a turbo powered online lead capture system, adding new names to your "sphere of influence," so they can receive a monthly postcard and---well, you get the picture?
History repeats itself.
Most writers will tell you that all these items added together, multiplied by 5 and divided by your age will equal 27 contacts.           They are correct.

Those 27 contacts equal business, not a career.

So, let me ask again, what’s your game plan?

Are you on the Career Track right for YOU?
If not, do you need to design a plan, with an end in sight? For many the “end” may be about money/numbers or hitting a certain balance in your savings account. That will be easily attained with the right formula and perseverance.

Now here I go, because this is a passion for me and somebody has to say it!
A career in real estate does not necessarily begin and end with listing and selling!  Knowledge of the local real estate market opens many choices for you.
Have you considered Buying and Selling?  Owning and leasing?  Training and Coaching?  Building and Developing?
Here's the real deal, not every real estate career is for everyone!  Some real estate careers require special training while others may require special licensing.  One thing is for sure, they all require special planning, otherwise known as a "game plan!"
 There I said it-confused?
